This week we were supposed to cover the release of the animated dvd New Frontier and the comic from Darwyn Cooke that inspired it. But after lamenting the loss of Jeff Healey, sharing our love for Playboy, swaping nightlife stories and more we ran out of time faster than we ran out of topics. However we did find the time to also discuss the latest issues of Kick Ass, Teen Titans, Criminal, The Authority Prime, RASL and much more on this edition of The Dollar Bin.

I have to agree with Andrew, this episode could rival the Law & Order: DCU episode in terms of hilarity.
I LOOOOOOOVED the Prince story. It’s my second favorite story about music’s mini-god. The first being Kevin Smith’s.

Yeah, I know it’s pathetic but I am a comic nerd who had a lot of lonely days when he was younger. I’m just glad that the internet came along when I was an adult. I hesitate to think how a 14 year old Joel would have turned out if he had a magic box in his house that spit out pictures of naked women on command.

Easily my favorite episode of the Dollar Bin.
I would have listened to this if it was 3 hours long.
Personally, I’d like more shows like this.
Sitting around, bullshitting and talking comics.
I don’t really need themed shows.
