This episode of the Dollar Bin is like a tasty value meal of comic book goodness. We start with an opening bite of our thoughts on this years Free Comic Book Day. Then we make room at the table for a bit of what we read last week. And for the the main course? We serve up a hot dish of love to Oni Press and some of their books like Crogan’s Vengeance, Black Metal, Scott Pilgrim and Local. Hungry yet? Don’t worry we saved you a seat for the latest edition of the Dollar Bin.

I read Volume 5 of Scott Pilgrim and it IS even better than volume 4. When I finished it I was ready to stab someone to get my hands on Volume 6.
...I'm over the stabbing thing now.
Also, to creep Ted out just a little bit more check out the short movie adaptation someone made of the Local issue Polaroid here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnJFTwp7ip8
Great show guys but I was a little surprised that Queen and Country, Whiteout, or Barry Ween were not mentioned. The first two are so damn good it hurts and Barry Ween is milk-out-the-nose funny. I don't see what is so great about Scott Pilgrim. I got half-way through, stopped put it down and have been using it as a drink coaster for 6 months.
Wolverine #73 was an awesome read! I'm definitely picking up #74. Good recommendation, Adam.
We mentioned a little about Whiteout, but none of us had read it, so I cut it from the show. I almost picked it up at Richard's, but decided it would be there next time. None of us had read Queen and Country either, though I see it all the time. At Heroes Aren't Hard to find today I picked up another book by O'Mally. Almost got that Brian Michael Bendis book too, but then remembered I don't have any money nor the time to read all that.
