The Dollar Bin gathered in Greenville recently, both to visit Richard’s Comic’s and Collectables, and to talk about the changes in a different G-town. Local comic creators Bradd Parton and Mitch Rogers join the show to talk about the new faces and new titles in DC’s favorite hotspot Gotham City. The signal is in the air, get suited up and join us for this bat-tastic episode of the Dollar Bin.

Out of all the Batman relaunch stuff, the best 2 books are Detective and Batman/Robin. I'll definitely go to bat (ugh no pun intended) for Detective, because it's an interesting read so far. Both the main feature and backup are solid, and i'm loving the art on both sides. Very rewarding so far for people who read the Crime Bible miniseries that followed the new Question. I read recently that after a certain amount of issues (the number escapes me), the main feature and backup will switch. So after a while, the Question will be the main feature, which is the main reason I'm buying the series.
I didn't mention it on the show, but I'm surprised at how much I'm liking the Batman/Superman book lately.
Dude where is the Fantasy Football sign up???
I want in!

great show, Streets of Gotham is pretty good right now.
Thanks Chester.
Kevin, right now we are just getting a tally of people interested. Its on the Forum under Kitchen Sink. Brian will post the sign up info there when we are ready to go.
Two great podcasts in a row. Let's keep the ball rolling.
I just read Blackest Night 2 finally. I've got to say I really enjoy this series. Can't wait for the next one!
I must say, I agree with Brian. I enjoyed Gotham City Sirens but I wanted the art to be more "playful" or cheesecake-y.
And I've been reading Detective since Batwoman has been in it. I don't know much about Batwoman and don't feel invested in the character but I am really interested in the story and the artwork is beautiful.
I really enjoyed the show!
Great show guys. Like, really really great. I don't even read any Batman books outside of Batman & Robin and I was interested.
I have been corrected by Daniel at Heroes Aren't Hard to Find. Back Lightning is in Metropolis.
Um, isn't it actually near Metropolis? I don't think it's actually the same city.
I think it may be like, a borough, like how New York has.
